# Terms & Conditions

## 1. Introduction

Welcome to Work Aloha. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of [https://www.workaloha.com](https://www.workaloha.com?hsLang=en) and your purchase and use of digital products offered by Work Aloha LLC ("Work Aloha," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

Work Aloha offers downloadable digital toolkits designed to assist businesses with organizing information, producing reports, and developing locally managed workflows.

Products may include PowerShell scripts, configuration files, templates, documentation, and other digital resources, as described in the applicable product listing.

Our digital toolkits are not standalone hosted software applications. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases do not include installation, customization, consulting, or ongoing managed services.

Product features, requirements, and included materials are determined by the description provided at the time of purchase.

## 3. Purchaser Responsibilities

Purchasers are responsible for:

- Reviewing product descriptions and system requirements before purchasing.
- Providing and maintaining compatible hardware, operating systems, software, and third-party accounts.
- Obtaining their own licenses, API access, credentials, and permissions.
- Configuring and operating purchased toolkits within their own environments.

Work Aloha does not provide purchasers with third-party account credentials, API tokens, or subscription services unless expressly stated in the product listing.

## 4. Product Licensing, Modification, and Intellectual Property

Work Aloha LLC retains ownership of its original scripts, software components, documentation, templates, and other proprietary materials, except for third-party materials governed by their respective licenses.

Purchasing a Work Aloha digital toolkit grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased materials for their own internal business operations.

**Purchaser Modification Rights**

Work Aloha digital toolkits are designed to be configurable and adaptable. Purchasers are permitted to review, edit, configure, and modify the supplied PowerShell scripts and related configuration files to accommodate their own business requirements.

Such modifications are permitted for the purchaser's internal business use and do not transfer ownership of Work Aloha's original intellectual property.

**Purchaser Responsibility for Modifications**

Purchasers are responsible for evaluating, testing, and maintaining any modifications they make to the supplied materials.

Changes to scripts, configurations, integrations, or operating environments may affect functionality and compatibility.

Work Aloha does not guarantee the performance of purchaser-modified versions or compatibility with every business environment.

**Product Expectations**

Work Aloha products are sold as downloadable, purchaser-configured digital toolkits, not as fully managed software applications.

Purchasers are encouraged to review product descriptions, included files, technical requirements, and configuration responsibilities before purchasing.

The need for purchaser configuration or modification does not, by itself, mean that a product differs from its advertised description.

**Restrictions on Redistribution**

Unless expressly authorized in writing, purchasers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially distribute Work Aloha's proprietary scripts, documentation, or modified versions derived from those materials.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Work Aloha LLC.

## 5. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some Work Aloha products interact with third-party services, including Dialpad, Microsoft Azure, or other platforms identified in product documentation.

Purchasers are responsible for maintaining access to those services and complying with their respective terms, policies, and technical requirements.

Work Aloha does not control third-party pricing, availability, API changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions.

Changes to external services may affect product functionality.

## 6. Purchases, Payments, and Delivery

Digital products may be purchased through third-party commerce platforms, including Gumroad.

Payment processing, transaction administration, and digital delivery may be subject to the applicable commerce provider's terms and policies.

Purchasers should review the product description, system requirements, and applicable purchase terms before completing a transaction.

Access to purchased files is provided according to the delivery method described during checkout.

## 7. Technical Support and Product Updates

Work Aloha may provide product documentation, setup instructions, and limited purchase-related assistance as described in the applicable product listing.

Unless expressly included, purchases do not provide an entitlement to personalized installation, troubleshooting, customization, consulting, ongoing maintenance, or future product upgrades.

Work Aloha does not claim ownership of purchaser business records solely because a purchaser uses a Work Aloha product.

Information submitted directly to Work Aloha through our website or business communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

## 9. Product Performance and Limitations

Work Aloha digital toolkits are designed to support specified business information workflows. Actual functionality and results may depend on system configuration, data availability, third-party integrations, and purchaser operating practices.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, particular business outcomes, or permanent availability of third-party services.

Purchasers should review documentation, test products appropriately, and maintain backups before using them with important business information.

## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
